President William Ruto is set to have conversation with GEN Z following heavy demonstration over 2024/205 country budget.
The country had have experiencing the outcry following proposed budget passed on parliament, as majority oppose it due to higher tax than previous one.
Few days ago, the president reject it after 39 deaths and more casualties during the protest, as a fine decision he made to save the county and his seat.
Several experts suggest that Kenya government is at bad state, due to high amount of debts which is estimated 70 percentage of the country’s economy. For this situation, it is hard for the government to achieve her vision and goals without increase tax.
Youths around the country — best known as GEN Z, are currently demanding the president to resign, also they are blaming members of parliament for majority vote of declined budget.
President Ruto wants direct discussions with GEN Z and other parties, on the best alternative to run the country from downfall, how to pay debts and possible measures to reduce government expenditure.
At the time he has reject a bill, Ruto vows to reduce government expenditure at his office and other departments, he is keen to involve everyone on current issue through X platform on 4th and 5th July.
